An Open Letter to the Ahmadiyya Community from an Ex-Ahmadi
I never set out to leave Ahmadiyya.
I defended it. I preached it. I served the Jamaat. My family, friendships, identity and much of my life were tied to it.
And I genuinely wanted it to be true.
Then I asked myself a question I could no longer avoid:
What if I put everything I inherited aside and simply asked: What is true?
That question changed everything.
What followed was a journey through the Qur’an, Sunnah, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad’s claims, and assumptions I had held for years.
Eventually, I reached a conclusion I never expected.
